Special Requests

For those departing from Waikiki to Honolulu International Airport, we recommend a pick-up time 30 to 40 minutes prior to the time you wish to be at the airport. Usual travel time to the airport is 20 to 25 minutes without traffic, and 35 to 45 minutes in traffic.

We recommend that reservations be made at least 48 hours in advance to make sure we have a shuttle for you and to give us time to confirm your reservation. We will contact you with a confirmation within 12 hours. If making a reservation less than 12 hours in advance, please text (preferable) or call (808) 725-9100 to check shuttle availability.
