IMPORTANT: Please turn on your cell phone once you deboard the plane or arrive at Baggage Claim. (If your Japanese mobile phone doesn’t work in Hawai‘i, there are public telephones available when you exit the terminal.) If you are lost and unable to locate your driver, you may call us at (808) 725-9100. The driver will direct you to the correct loading area. Our driver will wait at the Shuttle Loading Area nearest the Baggage Claim at which you arrive.
• Island Air & Mokolei Airlines (Inter-island Terminal), Baggage Claim A: Exit the building and walk directly across the street to the center median. The driver will be waiting in the Shuttle Loading Area.
• Hawaiian Airlines (from the Outer Islands), Baggage Claim B: Exit the building and make an immediate left and walk to the end of the building. The driver will be waiting in the Shuttle Loading Area.
• Hawaiian Airlines (from an Mainland), Baggage Claim C: Exit the building and make an immediate right and walk straight to end of the building. The driver will be waiting in the Shuttle Loading Area.
• International Arrivals, Foreign Arrival Gate: Please exit using the “Individual Exit” (not the “Group Exit”). Walk out to the street and cross at the signal to the center median. The driver will be waiting in the Shuttle Loading Area along the center median lane.
• Alaska, Air Canada, West Jet, and Omni International, Baggage Claim E: Exit the building and make an immediate right to the first crosswalk. Cross the street to the center median. The driver will be waiting in the Shuttle Loading Area along the center median lane.
• US Airways, American, Allegiant, Baggage Claim F: Exit the building and make an immediate left to the first crosswalk. Cross the street to the center median. The driver will be waiting in the Shuttle Loading Area along the center median lane.
• Delta, Baggage Claim G: Stay inside the building (don’t exit street side) and walk toward Baggage Claim H. Continue walking past all the H carousels and exit through the doors at the far end of the building past carousel H-5. The driver will be waiting in the Shuttle Loading Area at the end of the building.
• United Airlines, Baggage Claim H: Stay inside the building (don’t exit to street side) and walk to the far end of the building exiting through the doors past the H-5 carousel. The driver will be waiting in the Shuttle Loading Area outside the end of the building.
